2. About the App

Rate My Employee is a feedback and performance insight platform that allows: The App is intended to improve service quality, transparency, and accountability.

• Customers to share service feedback
• Businesses to manage employee performance insights
• Employees to view their verified work history and feedback

3. User Eligibility

You must: Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated.

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the App only for lawful and genuine purposes

4. Account & Verification

To ensure trust and authenticity: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Businesses are verified using GST details
• Customers & Employees may be verified via Aadhaar DigiLocker.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to: Violation may result in account suspension or removal.

• Post false, misleading, abusive, or defamatory feedback
• Harass, target, or threaten any individual
• Misuse ratings for discrimination or retaliation
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Use the App for illegal or unethical purposes

6. Reviews & Ratings

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

• Reviews must be based on real experiences only
• Ratings reflect user opinions and do not represent company judgments
• Urban Dock Private Limited reserves the right to moderate or remove content that violates guidelines

7. Employee Information & History

• Employment records may be marked as Verified (Business-entered) or Not Verified (Self-entered)
• Employee history is visible only to authorized parties within the platform
• The App does not publicly disclose employee personal data

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your data is handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and technology used in the App belong to Urban Dock Private Limited. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Urban Dock Private Limited is not responsible for: Use of the App is at your own risk.

• Decisions made by businesses based on feedback
• Disputes between users
• Losses arising from user-generated content
• Temporary service interruptions

10A. Advertisements, Promotions & Coupons

Any advertisements, promotional offers, discounts, or coupons displayed or shared through the platform are provided by third parties or businesses. Urban Dock Private Limited does not guarantee, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, availability, fulfillment, or outcomes of such offers. Any disputes arising from promotions or coupons must be resolved directly with the respective business.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in misuse or fraud
• Harm platform integrity

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
